Dean Fuller Jr.: Vice President and Co-Founder of The Visionary Change Foundation

Hailing from the vibrant landscapes of Northeast Ohio, Dean Fuller Jr. has called North Central Florida his home since 2017. A move initially spurred by business ambitions, Dean has since transitioned into a visionary entrepreneur, founding the innovative “Officially Addicted” in 2022. Today, his passion for community and development has led him to co-found The Visionary Change Foundation, where he proudly serves as Vice President.

At the heart of The Visionary Change Foundation, Dean's role is pivotal. His boundless energy and leadership are dedicated to spearheading fundraising efforts and cultivating relationships with supporters and sponsors. These critical activities fuel the Foundation's mission to establish a "Safe Haven," a sanctuary for learning, growth, and community engagement. Beyond fundraising, Dean is deeply involved in the Foundation's operational facets, from event coordination to promotional initiatives, ensuring the Foundation's vision is brought to life in impactful and meaningful ways.

Dean's commitment extends to the younger generation through his active involvement with the "Swampville Gators," a little league football team under the Foundation's umbrella. His coaching role is more than a position; it's a platform to mentor, inspire, and instill values in young athletes, shaping them into leaders both on and off the field.

Robert Baker III is an esteemed member of our nonprofit organization, bringing a wealth of experience and personal dedication to our mission. A proud graduate of P.K. Young High School in 1995, Robert's journey to success began on the football fields, where he shone as an All-S.E.C college football player at Auburn University. His academic pursuit in psychology coupled with a six-year professional football career has uniquely positioned him to understand and influence young minds and spirits.

Robert joined our nonprofit in 2024, drawn by a passionate and selfless team committed not just to the game of football but to fostering significant community change. His role within the organization is pivotal—mentoring families and the youth by educating them on various strategies to build wealth and make life-enhancing decisions. This commitment stems from a deeply personal place; having lost his father at the tender age of 8 and growing up without male role models, Robert understands the profound impact of guidance and support. He aspires to be the mentor he needed, helping young men navigate the complexities of growing up.

Coming from humble beginnings and having witnessed the transformative power of financial literacy firsthand, Robert is dedicated to liberating others from the constraints of financial ignorance. His responsibilities include mentoring the youth, organizing wealth-building workshops, and playing a crucial role in fundraising and securing funding for our initiatives.

Robert's vision is ambitious yet profoundly impactful: to help a million young adults and families achieve financial literacy and discover the freedom it brings. His personal mantra, "Make a Power Move," encapsulates his approach to life and his work within the nonprofit—always forward, always impactful.

Meet Darrell Pattio

"For me, it's all about the change," Darrell says. "Witnessing the difference we can make in someone's life fuels my passion every day. I firmly believe that though we are often told we're products of our environment, it doesn't have to define us." Darrell plays a pivotal role in our team, working closely with our coaching staff to organize and structure our resources effectively.
